R22 Helicopter Discovery Day
£840The R22 Helicopter Discovery Day is a great choice for anyone thinking of taking their PPL(H) or for an extra-special occasion.
Your experience includes two hours of ground briefings to go through various techniques, followed by two hours in the aircraft, where you’ll get the chance to show your instructor what you have learned.
The flight time will normally be split into two or three separate sectors including basic controls, navigation and emergency procedures (if you are brave enough!). You will receive a certificate signed by your instructor as a memento of your day. All flight time also counts towards the requirements of the PPL(H) course, should you wish to continue with further lessons.
